Terms and Conditions


Now for the boring stuff. When placing an order with me whether it be a custom order, a presale order or a flash sale order, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions. Please have a read of them 🙂

Payment Due

You pay, I’ll bake! for custom orders, payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colours and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your date in my calendar too! Once you receive an invoice from me, you get a whole 24 hours to make payment or your slot goes to the next person in the queue.

Inspiration

Thanks so much for bringing those inspo pictures! They are however, just that – inspiring. I cannot copy someone else’s work and your cookies may not be perfect replicas but I’ll try to keep it close.

Pictures are worth a thousand words

But they are not always accurate. Colours and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you receive. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size. My cookies typically range in size between 3.5 - 4” but I’ll let you know otherwise.

Alteration Cutoffs

Decisions are tough! But I’m here to help. Order changes can be made up to 4 weeks before your order is due. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

Refunds

I can offer refunds on custom sets up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds. I am however, more than happy to help you reschedule your order for another time. Refunds are not available for holiday or flash sale cookies.

In a hurry?

While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort too. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 21 days will require a rush fee of 20% of your order total.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honour old pricing (because the supermarket won’t honour their old flour prices – damn it).

Ship Shape!

As much as I would love to hand deliver each and every order, unfortunately, I often need the help of Royal Mail. I do my best to package cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a postal order. Also – whilst I use Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48 for postage, I can’t guarantee that “rain, sleet, snow or hail” won’t delay your order. Refunds can’t be offered – but know that they’re on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be done through me 10 working days after your order is due. Please send me an email at [email protected]
